VIGILANARCHISM-THE FIRST STEP

untouched by the law, they stand, smiling at all of us..

I respect the law...anarachism does not mean the society become lawless...i think that a society in which law applies equally to each one of its citizen without any exceptions is better than a stateless or lawless society.
but in the actual world, this does not applies. The people are persecuted by their own in the name of LAW while the politicians and leaders stand smiling at all of us because they are above it...

tell me any country leaving aside even the undeveloped nations that boast of a great law and order situation and has successfully jailed its leader while he was holding power...U.S. , Germany, England, Japan....they all roam free,no matter how much corrupt they are
this structure of law is for us only...not for them...and then it is the duty of us ...the people to bring them under rule if we want

I call this VIGILANARCHISM-i.e to bring anarchism by the acts of vigilantism....our aim to get the lawless society is because we anarchist believe that state misuses power in the name of law.....laws are not in themselves bad...it is their selective use against us that is evil

so let us show them their evil...let them face the laws also...Maoists in India get hold of any person who had abused power....make a temporary court and pronounce the verdict based on their crimes...most likely death penalty....

That is the concept of vigilanarchism...we are breaking rules not because we do not believe in them...we are breaking them because we do not believe in their implementation by the state....because laws can never touch the powerful..

so let them face the music....let us catch these people who had escaped the rule of law...and try them on our own.......let's make group of vigilantes who will try these people who make laws...

let's see that rule applies to all....if not it has to be broken...and when we will apply their rules on themselves...sure they will break it shamelessly

DISBELIEF OF "FAITH INSTITUTIONS"

Most of us usually have only one motivation. Only one motivation which decides our future, our career, our life. And that motivation is "MONEY". But what is money anyway???
Till recently, the money was a paper which was convertible into an asset of value, in most cases gold (though silver was also used in sometimes to provide as the backing of the gold). Until this system, the money you were carrying had a "basis" for its value IN GOLD.
In later years however, your particular dollar bill was removed from its "basis" i.e. gold. It is no longer convertible into gold. That simply means that the dollar-bills you are carrying in your pocket is simply WORTHLESS.
It exists simply because you have "FAITH" in it. That is why it is called as "FIAT MONEY"

The other case is the Governement. Government is not "legal" for a society. That means a society is always free to oppose a "Government". It is nothing of intrinsic value, because the very people from our society or have no moral rights on the other human beings. It is "legal", because of a charter that is called "CONSITUTION". But anyone can chose to differ. He can openly profess his "DISBELIEF" in an instituion in which the people are no better than him, and therefore do not deserve the right to rule him except from his CONSENT.

"RULE OF LAW". What is law anyway???
The system of rules that a particular country or community recognizes as regulating the actions of its members.
Notice the word "recognizes". It has no material existence. It is just like there. "A SYSTEM" on which we are "required" to place our faith.

Similarly, private property is "private", because society considers it as "private". You had not made the land, you had not cleared the jungles for it, you are not residing there for hunderds of years, Then how you can claim that it is "your property". It is "your property" because the society recognizes it as "your property". It is simply the belief in society that allows you to retain a particular piece of land as "private property"

No wonder if society decides to break your faith, by usurping your property by the use of another "faith institutuion" i.e. government, you can do nothing about it. This system is known as the "TINKERBELL EFFECT", which means that these things  are thought to exist only because people "believe" in them.

As soon as you "revoke" your faith in them, they are as good as "ghosts".....

SO REVOKE YOUR BELIEFS...BECAUSE IF YOU WON'T, THESE "GHOST INSTITUTUINS" WILL DESTROY YOUR FREEDOM....AND ONE DAY YOU WILL BE FORCED TO WITNESS HOW YOUR FAITH HAS BEEN "BETRAYED" BY THE VERY INSTITUTIONS IN WHICH YOU HAD PLACED YOUR "FAITH"....

FUTURE OF THE "ARAB SPRING"

Year 2011 will always be remembered as the "year of liberty" in the history of the Arab world. The Arab spring revolutions  face an uncertian future in presence of the recent developments though. Will Military Junta  become new "Mubarak"?? Or what are the true intentions of the new government in Libya??  Or whether Syrian revolution had been smothered?? However, answer to these questions comes from history.

When we look at  history and analyze the patterns, we can know a great deal about the future of the Arab revolutions. Each revolution goes through certian phases:

Phase I:  Each revolution starts with a "reaction" from a particular section of society which had been most dissatisfied from the ruling regime. It was intellectuals and workers in Russia, Third estate in France, and Islamists in the Arab world.

Phase II:  The primary "reaction" to this "reactionary class" by any regime is to smother it in its earliest stages. However a phase is reached when the ruling regime is no longer yielding and the "reactionary class" is no longer willing to submit.

PHASE III: This results in violence from both sides against each other, leading to changes in the existing government. This temporary government is called an "interim government" .

PHASE IV: This government is born out of the "shadows" of the previous regime.(the Jacobian club in France and Provisional government in Russia). So it is still trying to "control" the "reactionary class". Therefore it starts using indiscriminate force against all the sections of society alienating all the sections in the process. Thus whole of the society sides with the reactionary class, uprooting the "interim government"as well and therefore leading to "Complete revolution".

Howver each revolution does not passes through the all phases smoothly. Often people mistake Phase III i.e. uprooting of the earlier regime as the "complete revolution". However often the "interim government" is no better than the earlier govenrment. That is why Africa found itself in the grips of dictators when Imperialists left.

Both Libya and Egypt are in the grips of "interim government" today i.e.struck in Phase III. These" interim governments" are no better than the earlier regimes. A new cycle of violence against "interim regime"  is inevitable in Arab world. The revolution will soon enter Phase IV, when whole sections of society will side with the "reactionary class" in order to bring the revolution .

However in Syria the revolutionaries are still struck in "phase II" . Untill and unless they find international support and the supports from sections within the society (including the different sects in Syria), Assad is not going anywhere.

The "Arab spring" is not over yet though....it still has to wither few Tornados more before it blooms forever...

JOKER'S ANARCHY

They are no longer a motley of Human-emotions...Movies today shape up much of our perceptions about ideologies, beliefs etc. They have become a strong tool for forming public opinion .It is true for all form of media today as well.

People generally do not think much  about the beliefs and ideologies. They are much worried about their day-to-day affairs. Because of this reason they generally "follow" whatever is told to them to be right. It is therfore the responsibility of the movies to present the true picture and all facts correctly alongwith their proofs, so that the people can analyze the things for themselves.

However this unbiased presentation of the facts and opinions is not there which leads to idelogies becoming unwarranted "victims". Nothing is more victim of unbiased presentation of facts than "anarchism" itself.

I call this concept of anarchism as the "Joker's anarchy" because of the mis-representaion of the anarchism in movie "the dark knight". Far from being an ideal world without controls,in which everything works harmoniously; anarchy in the movie seen as a dystopia in which everything is crumbling down and is heading towards destruction.
Because of these kinds of mis-representaion of facts, anarchism today is seen as a "terrorist's ideology" rather than a future for humanity.Anarchy or anarchism even in dictionary is first described as a "disorderly state" before its explanation as "a society without state"

What people have in their minds today is "joker's anarchy" rather than a "true anarchy". But the movie is not a stand-alone case. There have been several malicious campaigns run over the years by both the capitalists and socialists which had severely damaged the concept of anarchism. Few incidents like the" haymarket affair" were used as incidents to malign our image. Today people associate Anarchism with something "very negative" or even "evil"

We need to refurbish the image of anarchism. Perhaps we need a word, a new flag in order to carry our revolution forward since the word "anarchism" is "beyond repair"...

I want people to shed the image of a "stateless society" as "Joker's anarchy"

REBELLION,REVOLUTION,RESENTMENT

Rebellion is saying "NO" for the first time and staying with it after that. People rebel when they are on the angry stomach, have lost everything they had valued...but the last thraw is same in every case, that is , the threat of losing the self-respect. This anger then boils up....bursts like a volcano engulfing the very cause of it....it bursts out to take revenge.from the very people who had treated their subjects like dirt for all these years.......

But is it true that every rebellion is a revenge?? A resentment??

Perhaps we need to define both the resentment as well as the rebellion???

Resentment is for something that we do not possess, while rebellion is saying no for something we already possess. It is a fight of what is "LEFT IN US"
And for which we rebel fights for something which each human being possess irrespective of social status, nationality, gender, colour and race  ,that is, basic tenets of Human dignity-freedom, equality and fraternity.

A true rebel values what is common to all the humaity...not to his class only...rebellions will keep failing if people do not realize that they need to fight on the basic human values-values that are common to people you are fighting against too .

That is why Mahatma Gandhi wanted a revolution of Non-violence because he was afraid of one fact only that is, the Independence movement moving out of its humble beginnings based on equality into the bloody backlash  by the Indain population, thus losing out its moral value.

There is a thin line between rebellion and resentment- But the basis of a rebellion are Universal values rather then narrow class wars of resentment. French revolution is a classic example of rebellion based on Universal values spiralling out of control into a resentment. As soon as a rebellion slips into resentment, it ceases to be "morally right revolt"

If you resent the rich and you want to kill them for their richness, then you are not really a rebel ...you are merely a resenter...you want something that you do not possess i.e. their wealth. You are merely disguising your anger as a rebellion.
I want you to know therefore that if you value life of your fellow men and you are prepared to fight for them...do value life of the oppressors too....We need to destroy the "symbols" and "ideas"only-we need not to destory precious Human lives for this.

WALL STREET PROTESTS: DO YOUR JUSTICE

A government----a government which is democratic, republic and a harbinger for bringing world freedom has thrown away its mask today...

Where is the accountability of the government...the protestors are not protesting against anything bad...there is no armed revolt...why then scores of policemen are being sent to control them

as I had said earlier...the primary job of government is to deliever justice. The very day it deviates from this it looses its right to call itself a government..
If a government is too incompetent to deliver justice and is so impotent to send police against its own people but not to arrest the real culprits..

then do away with..
take justice in your own hands...lynch them...kill them...

they deserve this..

they are the sinners not only  of America but of a person sitting empty handed in Bangladesh too...you will be serving the world by delievring this justice..

Enough of the greed of those sitting in the street...enough of the casino capitalism...enough of these blood-sucking rich gambling on the resources which are produced by boiling blood and sweat....and

Enough of the government who is sending police to arrest us...

My dear brothers and sisters in America...I truely support your endeavour....take justice in your own hands now....in the war between Government and people...Numbers always win......

COMRADES- GET READY FOR INFOWAR

"Information is the seed for an idea, and only grows when it's watered.”-Heinz V. Berzen

Why the government tries to control information?  Information that is not until and unless relates to very sensitive issues such as Military matters should be open to all, yet all government fears the free flow of the information.
The reason is the obvious, the information has the potential to generate new ideas.Information leads to free exchange of ideas which in the due course of time leads to the pathbreaking new ideas. Any new idea is detrimental to the old stucture or old fabric. It is obvious that any new idea is normally related to either the social or the political matters. And therefore the new ideas are seen as something feared upon by the governments. Whether the government is the democratic or autocratic, whether  it is United states or the Iran, they all share one thing and that is a free flow of inforamtion between the citizens of the country. All to curb generation of new ideas that can prove to be dangerous for the elites sitting in these governments.
Internet is one of the most important tools in the hand of common man today for bringing about a positive change in the society. This positive change if you ask any citizen of a country, he will say that he would like the positive change to happen in the political sphere. In fact he would most likely place the political change prior to the social change.

Governments fear this and now there is increased scrutinity of the informations exchanged on the e-platform. Numerous websites especially like Wikileaks has been banned....why because they strip all the sheaths of the government.

Why governments wants to conceal information? So that nobody can know how much they siphon off the taxpayers money, or how many people are killed in the jungles of kenya, or how many of the people are tortured in Guatnamo....

Friends that battlefield has changed..we are no longer fighting the monster on the ground...though we wil continue to fight on the streets...we need to unite to ward off the evil from another battlefield...let's get ready for the big battle....let's equip each other on technology and knowledge tools...1 billion computer experts will be difficult to stop...let's make lives of those sitting in the secret services of China and CIA offices a little bit difficult...

WHILE WORLD WAS WATCHING LIBYA.....

Gaddaffi has been a darling of westerm media though in a negative sense since last 40 years. So the Libyan uprising was a main story that was being followed all the past 6 months. The fall of Gaddaffi got the media limelight. It is kind of strange that at certain times media gets involved with one news so much that they forget that there can be things that are going on with equal significance...
A case here is the "missed" news of what has been occuring in Syria. More than 3,000 protesters have been killed, many more injured, and thousands detained. Dozens of detainees have reportedly been tortured and killed.
The news of Syria was more important because of that the fact that there is a complete Royal house ruling it, a "real" case of dark aged Monarchy in our world.Regime change in Libya is more important as a major step of overthrowing absolute monarchy from the world. The Libyan bloodbath obscured an important happening in the middle east.
The effect has been that an international pressure which was required for regime change in Syria was directed to the Libya
Though the result has been good, yet world need not to forget that there is still an unfinished task after Gadaffi and that is to boot out Assad....

RUSTED CROWNS

I am sometimes astonished by the fact that how the most democratic countries in the world like Britain, Spain, Portugal, are still not republic. Why there are still token monarch in these countries?

It is obvious for any democratic country to remove the aristocratic rule of the dark ages as it transcends to the democratic rule. Still why is that there are threads of the feudal age left in this countries( and no matter we love them too......)
The idea of democracy and republic was borne in response to the feudalism and absolute authority of the monarchs. Now when we have realised the idea of power to people, we have decided to keep the very people whom we were against as our national heads. Don't this anomaly reflects a basic flaw of humans and that is to avoid taking responsibility of our future. Or we have grown so used to the idea of authority that we  cannot remove it straight away.
Or the thing which makes me shudder is the idea that we perhaps"love authority" due to our "evolutionary origins".  Otherwise how can we explain the reason that people love rejoicing the marriage of British royal house when in fact the exchequer is paying from their pockets(in the midst of tough times). And millions of people watch the live telecast of ROYALS WHO ARE ROYALS FROM ONLY BLOODLINES !!!!!!!!!!

This is nothing but love for authority...and more so a lack of willingness to take responsibility of the future(and that is why you still dwell in past.....come on you are not living in an empire now!!!). Authroity dwells on the idea that people do not want to take responsibility.
Anyhow, reasons apart, these token monarchs still represent a authority. An authority can be token but it is still an authority. You KNOW what I really mean if you are an anarchist........

LONG LIVE THE FREEDOM FIGHTERS OF LIBYA!!!!!

No power can stop an idea whose time has come- Vicor Hugo

It is not easy, absolutely not easy when you have to live under the controls of a Tyrant. You can only choose to be with them or keep silent. But one day comes when the flare fires up in the masses fueled by years of repression and silence . The years of tolerance falls like leafs and there rises the fury of people to avenge for the wrongs done to them. This volcano has eruptes again and again for ages against the most brutal of tyrants. The tyrants of middle east BEWARE!!! your days are counted. Run away because the common man in your fiefdoms has risen agaist you. No army, no power , no diplomacy is of use today.

You have been able to delude the masses for years by fear, manipulation and occassional crocodile tears. Now people have been able to see your tricks.

My only concern do not let your leaders take away the fruits of your blood.  Promise yourself that you would not let any tyrant rise again.. You have seen the blood..but teach your children too that dogs can be within the society as well so that the next generation do not  carry out same folly as you did..

Through a long bloody war against Gaddafi..The rebels have proven their mettle.. their power cannot be crushed..the time for freedom in Libya has come..The tree of liberty only grows with the blood of tyrants and martyrs. Long live Freedom fighters of Libya..do not delude yourself now you tyrant..RUN GADAFFI RUN...RUN FOR YOUR LIFE.....

RULES!!! LAWS!!! COMMAND!!!

Rules are nothing but will of a Tyrant

Is most intelligent being is befitted to be tamed? Are we a herd that need to be kept on leash?

Rules for what???for whom???
They say that rules are for the well-being of society. Believe me if there is no punishment on killing someone(extreme case) than tell me if you would go out and kill someone in reality. Iwould not and I bet most of us would not irrespective of how much we hate a person.....

An honest person will remain honest inspite of laws or no laws and a dishonest person will find a million ways to bypass them. For whom rules are than made. To fill treasuries and coffers of government so that it can usurp that money, spend it on useless wars and bailout the blood-suckers of poor.

Or to generate a false sense of right and wrong in which what suits to governement is morally and legally right and what does not suit to them is a legal punishment.

What sort of rules are this which are against an existence of individual and society. Where is the concept of free will when there is an external agency to control our actions. What is right and wrong is according to morals of society not through the petty rules.

It is the rules that provide a curtain to the elite to carry on with their agenda of sucking out blood from the poor.
A great society needs principle and not rules. The more principleless a society is the more rules it will require.
The more rules are there the more tyrant the government will be.

The damage caused to society by removing laws is much less than the inferno under which it is going through. It is just like small sacrifice to get to bigger objective.

So break all the rules that control the freedom of Humans because whatever which binds human body and mind needs to be destroyed in order to complete the ordeal of gaining human independence.

TODAY'S LEADER IS TOMMORROW'S TYRANT

Every revolution starts under specific circumstances and under the direction of front-line leaders. These leaders provide the vision, direction, guidance, moral and social legimitacy to the revolution. But what happens when the revolution achieves its primary function?

Aim of each revolution consists of concrete part and an abstract part. The concrete part is the immediate objective i.e. to overthrow the current social set-up and the other is to build a new social order which is a long term aim. While there are numerous examples of revolutions achieving their primary objectives there are very rare cases of revolution achieving their second objective i.e. to build a new social order (which most probably is a utopia).

Take the example of the Russian Revolution. While it was able to achieve its primary objective i.e. to overthrow czar and to bring the whole nation under a single communist government, it failed miserably in creating a classless society.

The reason is simple and it is that Power corrupts. No matter how idealistic a leader can be, after all he is a human being motivated by the primal instincts of getting power. And this power is addictive. Thus whenever a revolution succeeds, the new elite replacing the earlier elite gets addicted to this power. As I had said earlier that Human being is more animal than any animal. This hormonal rush soon overcloud the rationality of man. And thus irrational primal instincts of man overpowers the rationality and vision of  man. There are numerous examples too like  Zimbabwe, Indonesia, Iran where the revolutions succeeded initially only to create an equally brutal state.

It is therefore imperative that a revolution should be leaderless so that any chancs of a leader HIJACKING  the revolution for his mean puposes is removed. Now, how is that possible? First of all leaderless revolts had been occuring all through the history. From Boxer revolt to Boston tea party, all revolts had been carried out by random people without any guidance .Apart from this even French revolution in its initial stages was leaderless. Even today the revolt against Muammer Gadaffi is majorly been fought by unorganized groups which want Muammer to leave rather than seeing a new government and Egyptian revolution was also a primarily leaderless revolution.
All this indicates that Leaderless revolutions are possible. A leaderless revolution is the best possible way of avoiding failure of a revolution.

SELF-GOVERNANCE IN A STATELESS SOCIETY

It is a myth that loss of authority leads to chaos. Infact the very presence of  it gives rise to all the conflicts in society. By having a authority a society passes on the responsibility of regulating itself to an external agency. This external agency (which we call government) is then ASSUMED to discharge its duties effectively and in the best possible manner. But the problem is that there is no subsequent agency to regulate its functions and that's where the problem arises.
Even Mahatma Gandhi called the state a "soulless machine" which, ultimately, does the greatest harm to mankind beacuse of this inherent lack of accountability in it.
Apart fom this, when society gives up its responsibility it also gives up its power. It loses its voice to something which is created out of itself. It is more of a mental block rather than a reality which clouds the collective wisdom that a society needs some external agency to control itself.

A society can govern itself unaided by an external agency. It is possible only when
1) That external agency is removed
2) Desicion making based on the consensus is taken up in society

The fact is that authority today has created much differences within us because of which we cannot get straight to the second step. Another fact is that a society needs to become tolerant of the differences existing in itself so that consensus-making can be accomplished.

A society which is not tolerant of differences that exist because of religion, caste , gender etc. will find consensus-making difficult and will succumb to the hold of authority again and again.

THE HIDDEN REVOLUTIONARY

Remember the time when you had a grudge against authority, against injustice and against inequality. Most probably the time was your Youth. There was a hidden fire which is looking to become a conflagration , there was no thought of dousing it at all. What then you did as a mark of protest was breaking the social norms...But only those social norms which do not cause any damage to society even if they are broken. So you took to smoking, carried out fights in the street and in the home, did drugs , danced to rock music and all those "Marks Of Protest". As the time passed you realized that this protest is worthless and it didn't take you anywhere. So that fire of non-conformity finally scummbed to the pressures of "making a living " and having an "acceptable lifestyle".

After all these years you find that you have gained the acceptance of society but also became a hollow being inside. So one wonders whether it is better to fight a losing battle or no battle at all?
Two mistakes have been done here. First when you took wrong ways to protest. The protest towards society was those "suggested by society itself".Though one can be pardoned on the basis of naviety. But the second mistake is what you had consciously chosen i.e.to douse the fire yourself.

There is a hidden revolutionary in all of us. There is a little voice in us which is telling us everyday to make a solid change to society in which we are living. Yet sometimes misdirected, sometimes silenced by ourselves, this fire inside us is not able to achieve what is its goal. And it does not mean that we should leave our jobs to get into streets. It simply means that we need to avoid looking in the Black-and-white. Full fledged war or no war. Infact one can start by a small change itself, but for that you need to accept that changing society is also a part of your responsibility.

It is only by giving strength to that hidden revoulutionary and that igniting that fire again albeit directed this time, can we hope to justify our existence in the world.

THE STRENGTH OF SOCIETY

The Strength Of society does not lie in the Sterngth of State. If people are not together, no state is strong enough to hold a nation together. People see a stateless society as a weak society, as a society not able to defend itself from aggressors. But the greatest danger to a society comes not from the outside but from the inside, from the difference of opinions, races, social hierarchies etc.

See the example of USSR, a superpower which was not destroyed by its rival but by the numerous differences that rose in it., ultimately dividing into 15 republics. It serves as an example that if a society is strong, even if the administration is decentralised or even altogether absent  it can sustain itself amid the greatest troubles. Though there are differences in each society, it can cope up with them if the differences are not curbed. It is tolerance which gives strength to it, not the missiles, army and nuclear bombs. The strength of the society lies in this tolerance of differences, common history of suffering, of pride and of culture.

These are the greatest arms of a stateless society. If a society is internally strong, it is impossible to be defeated. The ancient Greece was able to hold against the mighty Persian Empire not because of the fact that it was more militarily strong, it was beacuse of the reason that the it was strong as a society even though it was divided into various power centres of Athens, Sparta and Thebes.

It is more important to make society as a whole strong by not letting differences crop between us, even though our "Great" leaders try to exarcerbate such differences for political gains.

A strong Society can survive without a strong State, but a strong State cannot survive without a strong Society.

THE MYTH OF DEMOCRACY

Democracy  is a myth. The people can never see their power in the form the state. State will be state whether it is ruled by a single ruler , king , dictator, plutocracy, gerontocracy, democracy, whatever.
Selecting the rulers under democracy is nothing but providing an illusion to the the people that they are in control
I know most of us would disagree with me ...but I want to ask a simple question have you seen crackdown of the so called democratically elected government. Endless fottages are present on the internet where there is a violent crackdown by the democratically elected governments of U.S. , Britain, France, India, Japan etc. on the non-violent protestors

Most of the corrupt governments are democratically elected governments. The problem is not democratically elected government but government itself. I believe that we need community decisions (and state was formed as a facilitator for this) but if a decision is imposed on the community than it is not a community decision at all. Democracy gives that illusion that a decision is a community decision even when the community is against it because the argument is that the decision was from the community leaders and the leaders have been on the will of community itself so indirectly it is a community decision.

MY view is that Democracy itself is not bad.In fact it was the earliest form of Human Order . It is the representative democracy which is bad for the society. The pristine form of Democracy is the direct democracy rather than the representative democracy. Most of the people will say that direct democracy is not practical.I would have agreed with you if you have said it to me 10 years ago. But today in the the information age it is much more practical. I believe that a stateless society is much more practical today as information age enables to remove a  huge roadblock in the community decision-making and that is problem in communication and expression of opinions of masses.

Representative democracy is a Myth, Direct democracy is the future.

A CASE OF SOCIAL PARADOX

A generation today is enjoying more options..In jobs, in life, in love and in leisure. Yet emptiness is flowing like an undercurrent.  Is the present generation missing out some action? If you are one of those white collar worker, or a school boy, or a college student...do you feel like everything you are working is not worth at all?
Technically you should not feel like this. You have much more than your past generations. You should be grateful.
Instead of all the reasoning above you feel otherwise...I know this, because I feel this too....and I feel I know the reason
The opportunity to create something bigger than me has been SNATCHED AWAY from me....

WHICH IS THE ULTIMATE DIFFERENTIATOR?

According to the definition “Human being is a social animal” Now, Social animal refers to an animal which is highly interactive with other members of its species. So in the list of social animals; technically ants, termites, wild dogs and lions also join up with Humans.
Human nature is nothing but animal behavior expressed in complex and varied ways. The simple aggression of animal gets transformed into numerous clones like anger, jealousy, annoyance, contempt and Rage in civilized Human. Similarly the love in animals gets mutated into different versions such as sympathy, love, caring, compassion and pity in Humans.
In fact, Human is a single species which exhibits sum total of all behavior of Animals. A Lioness will protect its cubs with all her strength and a Wolf spider can kill its own Young. But Humans can show both behaviors. That is why I call Humans “MORE ANIMAL THAN ANY ANIMAL”.

So if Human being is more Animal-like then where the difference lies with respect to Animals?

Which is one thing that is Unique to Humans and Human Society?

Which is that one nature of Humans thay had not derived from their Animal ancestors?

Which is the ultimate differentiator between Humans and Animals?

I call this the “Sense of Justice”. If a young one of an animal is neglected in its childhood, it will not seek revenge. But a Human child will develop a lifelong feeling of contempt as a mechanism of “self-delivered justice” if such thing happens to him/her.
Let us see this picture in terms of society. If a lion kills a deer, the “deer society” will not seek revenge for killing one of their own. But if person of one community kills a person of another person the whole community can clash with another community. In terms of nations, a weaker nation can seek to guerrilla warfare, terrorism etc. with superior nation as tit-for-tat for meting out injustice to them. All this is nothing but a unique behaviour of humans motivated by sense of justice.
Sense of Justice is the point where the ruthless laws of nature vanish. And where the weaker seek “even out” with superior. It seeks to fight rather than submit to superiority. Sense of Justice is the only gift of civilization to Humans.
The prime function of government was to deliver this essential need of humans i.e. the justice. From King Solomon to the more recent Judiciary... delivering justice is most important for the government. If any government fails to keep justice and society degrades to the one more governed by ruthless rules of Jungle than the rules of civilization...such government is fit to be thrown out in order to save the Human civilization.

THE CRADLE OF IDEAS

Human Mind is the place where ideas are born and from human interaction they get strength. Though ideas are universal and each human mind has the capability to approach them they are refined and confirmed through minds of fellow human beings.
Take the example of French revolution and American war of independence, where the idea of overthrowing oppressive forces gained strength in the coffee shops, or, democratic decisions in the streets of Rome. In each instance the ideas got momentum from the interaction of Humans. Governments throughout the history have tried to control the Human interaction because they know and they fear the fact that any congregation has the potential to generate an idea which can be lethal to their existence.
Through many years we have seen the autocratic governments dispersing the crowds even when they are protesting in a peaceful manner (Red Square in Russia). We have seen the “Democratic “governments of today controlling any form of gathering which is seemingly against them .
The concept is simple and that is The Power of People will be greater than the coercive power of Government If and only If people gather. The only way of making the coercive power of government greater to that of public is to destroy it’s cradle i.e. interaction of Humans.
For ages therefore Governments have tried to delude people through Wars, Religion, Entertainment ( 7  hours a day of T.V. watching) and controlling the information channels to make circumstances where people do not interact with one other (The idea has been beautifully explored in the Media Control of Noam Chomsky.). The result is that today we have no place where we can meet and discuss our ideas.
Even the latest and the most powerful invention for the general public i.e. internet has also become a threat to governments worldwide whether they are autocratic or democratic because it transfers power back to people; because it gives them a platform to generate, discuss, refine and spread their ideas and most importantly it gives them a tool to know what exactly their governments are up to.
And no doubt, from China to U.S. governments are hell bent on controlling it on some pretext or the other. (Well, It is a different topic altogether and I would like to write on internet freedom later).
The whole point of saying it is that today we have no way of open interaction and it gives governments a free hand even as they impose their decisions on us. The governments all over the world are happy to see people divided and lost in their own worlds as they freely control their lives.  Over the years, the authorities have developed subtle means of controlling the public rather than force. They have started realizing that hypnotising someone is better than killing him and that is a more dangerous situation as we combat to generate and fight for ideas which justify human existence.

THE IMMORTALITY OF IDEAS

Ideas are like water streams. Sometimes they move at a leisurely pace, sometimes they assume big proportions and sometimes they dry up. But one thing is never wiped out and that is their trail, their path through which they had passed; their traces. Even if the streams dry up, it is through these traces only that it will flow again one day.

Indeed public memory is short-lived and ideas can be pushed out of the mind through the systematic brainwashing of the masses, yet they can never be wiped out...it is through the traces, the basic truths of human existence and its ultimate purpose that they will rise again like a  phoenix from the ashes.

And that’s the beauty of the ideas...they can never be wiped out..they will rise again; with new names and in new minds.
