VIGILANARCHISM-THE FIRST STEP

untouched by the law, they stand, smiling at all of us..

I respect the law...anarachism does not mean the society become lawless...i think that a society in which law applies equally to each one of its citizen without any exceptions is better than a stateless or lawless society.
but in the actual world, this does not applies. The people are persecuted by their own in the name of LAW while the politicians and leaders stand smiling at all of us because they are above it...

tell me any country leaving aside even the undeveloped nations that boast of a great law and order situation and has successfully jailed its leader while he was holding power...U.S. , Germany, England, Japan....they all roam free,no matter how much corrupt they are
this structure of law is for us only...not for them...and then it is the duty of us ...the people to bring them under rule if we want

I call this VIGILANARCHISM-i.e to bring anarchism by the acts of vigilantism....our aim to get the lawless society is because we anarchist believe that state misuses power in the name of law.....laws are not in themselves bad...it is their selective use against us that is evil

so let us show them their evil...let them face the laws also...Maoists in India get hold of any person who had abused power....make a temporary court and pronounce the verdict based on their crimes...most likely death penalty....

That is the concept of vigilanarchism...we are breaking rules not because we do not believe in them...we are breaking them because we do not believe in their implementation by the state....because laws can never touch the powerful..

so let them face the music....let us catch these people who had escaped the rule of law...and try them on our own.......let's make group of vigilantes who will try these people who make laws...

let's see that rule applies to all....if not it has to be broken...and when we will apply their rules on themselves...sure they will break it shamelessly

DISBELIEF OF "FAITH INSTITUTIONS"

Most of us usually have only one motivation. Only one motivation which decides our future, our career, our life. And that motivation is "MONEY". But what is money anyway???
Till recently, the money was a paper which was convertible into an asset of value, in most cases gold (though silver was also used in sometimes to provide as the backing of the gold). Until this system, the money you were carrying had a "basis" for its value IN GOLD.
In later years however, your particular dollar bill was removed from its "basis" i.e. gold. It is no longer convertible into gold. That simply means that the dollar-bills you are carrying in your pocket is simply WORTHLESS.
It exists simply because you have "FAITH" in it. That is why it is called as "FIAT MONEY"

The other case is the Governement. Government is not "legal" for a society. That means a society is always free to oppose a "Government". It is nothing of intrinsic value, because the very people from our society or have no moral rights on the other human beings. It is "legal", because of a charter that is called "CONSITUTION". But anyone can chose to differ. He can openly profess his "DISBELIEF" in an instituion in which the people are no better than him, and therefore do not deserve the right to rule him except from his CONSENT.

"RULE OF LAW". What is law anyway???
The system of rules that a particular country or community recognizes as regulating the actions of its members.
Notice the word "recognizes". It has no material existence. It is just like there. "A SYSTEM" on which we are "required" to place our faith.

Similarly, private property is "private", because society considers it as "private". You had not made the land, you had not cleared the jungles for it, you are not residing there for hunderds of years, Then how you can claim that it is "your property". It is "your property" because the society recognizes it as "your property". It is simply the belief in society that allows you to retain a particular piece of land as "private property"

No wonder if society decides to break your faith, by usurping your property by the use of another "faith institutuion" i.e. government, you can do nothing about it. This system is known as the "TINKERBELL EFFECT", which means that these things  are thought to exist only because people "believe" in them.

As soon as you "revoke" your faith in them, they are as good as "ghosts".....

SO REVOKE YOUR BELIEFS...BECAUSE IF YOU WON'T, THESE "GHOST INSTITUTUINS" WILL DESTROY YOUR FREEDOM....AND ONE DAY YOU WILL BE FORCED TO WITNESS HOW YOUR FAITH HAS BEEN "BETRAYED" BY THE VERY INSTITUTIONS IN WHICH YOU HAD PLACED YOUR "FAITH"....

FUTURE OF THE "ARAB SPRING"

Year 2011 will always be remembered as the "year of liberty" in the history of the Arab world. The Arab spring revolutions  face an uncertian future in presence of the recent developments though. Will Military Junta  become new "Mubarak"?? Or what are the true intentions of the new government in Libya??  Or whether Syrian revolution had been smothered?? However, answer to these questions comes from history.

When we look at  history and analyze the patterns, we can know a great deal about the future of the Arab revolutions. Each revolution goes through certian phases:

Phase I:  Each revolution starts with a "reaction" from a particular section of society which had been most dissatisfied from the ruling regime. It was intellectuals and workers in Russia, Third estate in France, and Islamists in the Arab world.

Phase II:  The primary "reaction" to this "reactionary class" by any regime is to smother it in its earliest stages. However a phase is reached when the ruling regime is no longer yielding and the "reactionary class" is no longer willing to submit.

PHASE III: This results in violence from both sides against each other, leading to changes in the existing government. This temporary government is called an "interim government" .

PHASE IV: This government is born out of the "shadows" of the previous regime.(the Jacobian club in France and Provisional government in Russia). So it is still trying to "control" the "reactionary class". Therefore it starts using indiscriminate force against all the sections of society alienating all the sections in the process. Thus whole of the society sides with the reactionary class, uprooting the "interim government"as well and therefore leading to "Complete revolution".

Howver each revolution does not passes through the all phases smoothly. Often people mistake Phase III i.e. uprooting of the earlier regime as the "complete revolution". However often the "interim government" is no better than the earlier govenrment. That is why Africa found itself in the grips of dictators when Imperialists left.

Both Libya and Egypt are in the grips of "interim government" today i.e.struck in Phase III. These" interim governments" are no better than the earlier regimes. A new cycle of violence against "interim regime"  is inevitable in Arab world. The revolution will soon enter Phase IV, when whole sections of society will side with the "reactionary class" in order to bring the revolution .

However in Syria the revolutionaries are still struck in "phase II" . Untill and unless they find international support and the supports from sections within the society (including the different sects in Syria), Assad is not going anywhere.

The "Arab spring" is not over yet though....it still has to wither few Tornados more before it blooms forever...

JOKER'S ANARCHY

They are no longer a motley of Human-emotions...Movies today shape up much of our perceptions about ideologies, beliefs etc. They have become a strong tool for forming public opinion .It is true for all form of media today as well.

People generally do not think much  about the beliefs and ideologies. They are much worried about their day-to-day affairs. Because of this reason they generally "follow" whatever is told to them to be right. It is therfore the responsibility of the movies to present the true picture and all facts correctly alongwith their proofs, so that the people can analyze the things for themselves.

However this unbiased presentation of the facts and opinions is not there which leads to idelogies becoming unwarranted "victims". Nothing is more victim of unbiased presentation of facts than "anarchism" itself.

I call this concept of anarchism as the "Joker's anarchy" because of the mis-representaion of the anarchism in movie "the dark knight". Far from being an ideal world without controls,in which everything works harmoniously; anarchy in the movie seen as a dystopia in which everything is crumbling down and is heading towards destruction.
Because of these kinds of mis-representaion of facts, anarchism today is seen as a "terrorist's ideology" rather than a future for humanity.Anarchy or anarchism even in dictionary is first described as a "disorderly state" before its explanation as "a society without state"

What people have in their minds today is "joker's anarchy" rather than a "true anarchy". But the movie is not a stand-alone case. There have been several malicious campaigns run over the years by both the capitalists and socialists which had severely damaged the concept of anarchism. Few incidents like the" haymarket affair" were used as incidents to malign our image. Today people associate Anarchism with something "very negative" or even "evil"

We need to refurbish the image of anarchism. Perhaps we need a word, a new flag in order to carry our revolution forward since the word "anarchism" is "beyond repair"...

I want people to shed the image of a "stateless society" as "Joker's anarchy"

REBELLION,REVOLUTION,RESENTMENT

Rebellion is saying "NO" for the first time and staying with it after that. People rebel when they are on the angry stomach, have lost everything they had valued...but the last thraw is same in every case, that is , the threat of losing the self-respect. This anger then boils up....bursts like a volcano engulfing the very cause of it....it bursts out to take revenge.from the very people who had treated their subjects like dirt for all these years.......

But is it true that every rebellion is a revenge?? A resentment??

Perhaps we need to define both the resentment as well as the rebellion???

Resentment is for something that we do not possess, while rebellion is saying no for something we already possess. It is a fight of what is "LEFT IN US"
And for which we rebel fights for something which each human being possess irrespective of social status, nationality, gender, colour and race  ,that is, basic tenets of Human dignity-freedom, equality and fraternity.

A true rebel values what is common to all the humaity...not to his class only...rebellions will keep failing if people do not realize that they need to fight on the basic human values-values that are common to people you are fighting against too .

That is why Mahatma Gandhi wanted a revolution of Non-violence because he was afraid of one fact only that is, the Independence movement moving out of its humble beginnings based on equality into the bloody backlash  by the Indain population, thus losing out its moral value.

There is a thin line between rebellion and resentment- But the basis of a rebellion are Universal values rather then narrow class wars of resentment. French revolution is a classic example of rebellion based on Universal values spiralling out of control into a resentment. As soon as a rebellion slips into resentment, it ceases to be "morally right revolt"

If you resent the rich and you want to kill them for their richness, then you are not really a rebel ...you are merely a resenter...you want something that you do not possess i.e. their wealth. You are merely disguising your anger as a rebellion.
I want you to know therefore that if you value life of your fellow men and you are prepared to fight for them...do value life of the oppressors too....We need to destroy the "symbols" and "ideas"only-we need not to destory precious Human lives for this.
